Job Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) diploma
- One year of customer service or sales experience
- Able to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve telephone lines
- Able to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearly
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass a ten year background check and pre-employment drug test
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
- Authorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Able to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve telephone lines

- Excellent communication skills
- Clerical experience within a corporate or professional office preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced team environment and demonstrate flexibility preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks preferred
Job Duties
- Support the transportation operation with instructional guidance, transportation scheduling and dispatch
- Greet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support Campus
- Answer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support Campus
- Maintain common student public areas and ensure a neat and clean environment
- Support the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said information
- Support other OSC departments as approved by crewleader
- Support new hire orientation experience tasks as assigned
- Perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc.
- Provide all OSC customers with a hospitable experience
- Develop and maintain manuals for respective role and review on an annual basis
- All other duties as assigned
