As a Receptionist at San Joaquin Valley Rehabilitation Hospital, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and patients, playing a crucial role in creating positive first impressions. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, handling a multi-line phone system, and performing various clerical tasks such as charge entry, admissions paperwork, filing, and copying. Experience with healthcare environments and data systems is preferred, as is knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to make independent decisions
  • freedom from illegal use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • valid driver’s license preferred
  • minimum one year receptionist experience preferred
  • experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
  • familiarity with healthcare data systems preferred
