This is a PRN (pro re nata) position, offering flexibility to cover additional shifts during vacation requests, personal time off, or other scheduling needs. The Receptionist must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy and professionalism at all times. In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, candidates should be comfortable using phone systems and paging tools to support hospital communications effectively.

UHS operates more than 300 subsidiaries, including acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient centers, and associated healthcare services across 40 U.S. states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the United Kingdom. The company has a strong reputation for growth and performance excellence, with annual revenues reported at $17.4 billion in 2025 and recognition as one of Fortune's Most Admired Companies in 2026. Joining West Oaks Hospital means becoming part of a vast national network dedicated to improving health outcomes and community wellbeing.
