Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace
  • Current, valid, and active driver’s license preferred
  • One year previous receptionist experience preferred
  • Multi-line phone system experience preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Serve as first impression specialist for front desk
  • Greet visitors, vendors, and patients professionally
  • Answer main phone line and direct calls appropriately
  • Perform clerical duties such as charge entry, admissions paperwork, filing, and copying
  • Maintain organized front desk area and ensure smooth administrative operations
  • Manage multi-line phone system efficiently
  • Adhere to regulatory standards and compliance requirements
