Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- One to two years experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
- Ability to perform clerical, reception, scheduling, and financial account duties
- Basic knowledge of medical office skills and procedures preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous training in general medical office skills preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred but not required
- One to two years experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred
- Experience in cashier, billing, filing, reception, telephone, or computer operations
Job Duties
- Perform clerical duties in an ambulatory care setting
- Manage reception duties including greeting patients and answering phones
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Handle patient financial account functions such as billing and cashier tasks
- Assist in coordinating primary healthcare services
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing
- Support healthcare staff with administrative tasks
