The Communications Desk Receptionist role at Eventide Lincoln is pivotal to maintaining smooth internal and external communications across the facility. This role requires a highly organized, calm, and professional individual capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while providing a warm and welcoming first impression to visitors, residents, staff, and vendors. The receptionist's schedule involves weekday evenings and rotating weekend day and evening shifts, including holidays, underscoring the importance of flexibility and commitment. This part-time to full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $15 to $16.80 per hour, with additional shift premiums and differentials that reward dedication and experience.

In their capacity, the Communications Desk Receptionist operates a variety of communication tools, including digital phone systems, intercoms, emails, and two-way radios, to ensure uninterrupted and efficient contact throughout Eventide Lincoln’s team members and service lines. Greeting and directing visitors, managing deliveries and mail, monitoring access to the facility, and serving as the communication hub during emergency or weather situations are integral functions of the role. The receptionist also supports several administrative tasks such as running bulk mailings, assisting other departments with special projects, and producing internal communications. This position plays a critical role in supporting the overall safety, security, and operational efficiency of the facility. An essential aspect of this role involves maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding sensitive information related to clients, residents, and staff.

  • manages public conference room scheduling and setup
  • assists with special projects including clerical duties
  • stays informed on organizational changes
