The Evening Receptionist role at Centennial Peaks Hospital is a vital position responsible for providing exceptional customer service and serving as the welcoming face of the facility during evening hours. The position operates from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, a schedule designed to support the hospital’s dynamic patient care environment. The Receptionist is tasked with greeting and assisting all visitors and callers with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive and responsive atmosphere. Key responsibilities include notifying providers of patient arrivals, managing office inventory, anticipating supply needs, and performing other clerical duties as necessary. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain discretion and diplomacy in all interactions.
