The role of Receptionist at Dimondale Nursing Care Center is a vital position responsible for being the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors. This position requires a warm and professional demeanor as you will greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors both in person and over the phone. Your contributions will include offering essential administrative support and managing clerical tasks, which are pivotal to the smooth operation of the facility. Working part-time between 15 to 20 hours per week, including every other weekend, the Receptionist role offers a flexible and engaging work schedule. Shift timings include weekday evenings from 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm and rotating weekend shifts that cover morning to evening hours, allowing for work-life balance while ensuring continuous coverage at the front desk.

As a Receptionist, you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities such as maintaining confidential information of residents and staff, managing weekly schedules, and updating facility phone listings.
