1-2 years administrative experience
Proficiency with computer programs such as Word and Excel are considered an asset

Job Duties

Answer general employee and customer inquiries in a professional manner
Direct all specific inquiries to the appropriate individual in the department
Provide administrative support to management and other staff
Perform general administrative tasks including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
Maintain and update staff vacation and project schedules
Support department staff on project-based work as required
Perform other duties as required
Champion safety in the workplace and ensure all safety policies and procedures are consistently followed
