Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent education required
- Some college required
- Associates or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
- Extremely polished phone etiquette skills
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
- Ability to build positive working relationships with employees, club members, and vendors
- Resourceful and able to work efficiently with little direction
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Willingness to work additional hours as necessary
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good problem-solving and creative thinking skills
- Can-do attitude and pro-active
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to sit for up to 8 hours per day with occasional walking and standing
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per club standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of receptionist or administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects

- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Ability to build positive working relationships at all organizational levels

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct to appropriate person or department
- Screen incoming phone calls as appropriate and transfer as necessary
- Serve as the first point of contact for club members and direct them to scheduled appointments
- Take food orders to go for club members
- Manage calendars for all meeting rooms and communicate daily events to in-house departments
- Update and distribute phone extension list
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Assist catering and F&B departments with seating and layout of special events
- Maintain reservations log for special events and communicate status to departments
- Ensure printers are stocked with paper and replace toner cartridges
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Create special event menus approved by catering and F&B
- Maintain Lost & Found for non-valuable items
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for members
- Handle spa appointment bookings and barbershop reservations
- Provide vehicle gate forms and applications for members and employees
