- eligible on the Health Care Workers Registry
- previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred
- ability to follow instructions
- proficiency with basic computer software such as Microsoft Office
- professional telephone etiquette
- strong verbal and listening skills
- excellent customer service
- ability to multi-task
