Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in healthcare preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels simultaneously

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer
- Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice
- Perform data entry and manage records accurately
- Manage word processing tasks and email communication
- Handle inquiries and direct calls professionally
