Job Duties

  • Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer
  • Connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
  • Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance phone calls, on-call employees, pages
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and Guiding Principles into daily practice
  • Perform data entry and manage records accurately
  • Manage word processing tasks and email communication
  • Handle inquiries and direct calls professionally
