Job Duties

  • Work hours assigned by leadership and be available to work additional hours when needed
  • respond to all incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate parties or taking messages as necessary
  • welcome all visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate parties or locations
  • perform miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned
  • answer calls from the inquiry line and direct as appropriate
  • serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and trainings
  • understand and comply with all the principles established by the Rosecrance Corporate Compliance Program and Code of Conduct
  • deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every individual
  • serve as a role model for other staff, clients and customers and demonstrate positive guest relations in representing Rosecrance
  • assume other related responsibilities as assigned by leadership
