Cadia Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Receptionist to join their team. This role is crucial as Receptionists serve as the first point of contact for visitors, patients, family members, and vendors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment someone enters the facility. The position requires availability every other Monday from 1 to 4 pm and every Tuesday from 1 to 4 pm. As the face of the facility, the Receptionist ensures clear communication and a smooth front office operation by managing telephones, greeting guests, and routing messages efficiently.
In this part-time role, the Receptionist will be responsible for answering high volumes of phone calls promptly, receiving and recording messages accurately, and ensuring that important information is delivered to the appropriate staff member. The ideal candidate will bring strong office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and have prior experience managing busy phone systems.
