Job Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role
  • Friendly, polished communication - both in person and over the phone
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • A "can-do" attitude, sharp attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks gracefully
  • A welcoming personality and a genuine love of helping others

Job Duties

  • Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller
  • Answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro
  • Keep our company directory updated and accurate
  • Process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence
  • Perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems
  • Assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk
  • Share helpful info about our events, sales, and services
  • Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and looking great
  • Help keep the office humming - track supplies, place orders, and submit maintenance requests as needed
