We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a part-time capacity, working up to 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with a weekly cap of 29 hours. This role is vital as the first point of contact for our company, positioning you as the friendly face who sets the tone for every guest and caller interaction. Your responsibilities will extend beyond greeting visitors to include managing a multi-line phone system, sorting and distributing mail, handling customer payments confidently both in person and by phone, and performing light data entry to maintain accurate records. In addition, you will help keep the front desk organized and stocked, assist customers with invoice inquiries, and support the office by tracking supplies and submitting maintenance requests as needed.

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • A "can-do" attitude, sharp attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks gracefully
  • A welcoming personality and a genuine love of helping others

Job Duties

  • Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller
  • Answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro
  • Keep our company directory updated and accurate
  • Process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence
  • Perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems
  • Assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk
