Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role
- Friendly, polished communication - both in person and over the phone
- Comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- A "can-do" attitude, sharp attention to detail, and ability to juggle tasks gracefully
- A welcoming personality and a genuine love of helping others

Job Duties
- Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller
- Answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system
- Sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro
- Keep our company directory updated and accurate
- Process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence
- Perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems
- Assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk
- Share helpful info about our events, sales, and services
- Keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and looking great
- Help keep the office humming - track supplies, place orders, and submit maintenance requests as needed
