Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role
- friendly and polished communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Job Duties
- Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller
- answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system
- sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro
- keep our company directory updated and accurate
- process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence
- perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems
- assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk
- share helpful info about our events, sales, and services
- keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and looking great
- help keep the office humming - track supplies, place orders, and submit maintenance requests as needed
