Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role
  • friendly and polished communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • strong multitasking abilities
  • positive attitude with attention to detail
  • excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience handling money and balancing payments
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role
  • friendly, polished communication both in person and over the phone
  • comfort with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

Job Duties

  • Be a warm welcome and helpful guide to every walk-in, guest, and caller
  • answer and route calls with ease using our multi-line phone system
  • sort and distribute incoming mail like a pro
  • keep our company directory updated and accurate
  • process customer payments over the phone and in person with confidence
  • perform light data entry with accuracy, including updating records, entering customer information, and maintaining internal systems
  • assist customers with invoices, balances, and questions at the front desk
  • share helpful info about our events, sales, and services
  • keep the front desk area organized, stocked, and looking great
  • help keep the office humming - track supplies, place orders, and submit maintenance requests as needed
