Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- ability to lift bend twist and stand throughout the day
- must be 18 years plus
- pass a background check
- relocate to Salem Oregon before starting work
- available to work Sunday 8am to 5:30pm and Monday 9am to 6pm
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year of receptionist or concierge experience
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- high school diploma or GED
- ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lift bend twist and stand throughout the day
Job Duties
- manage front desk reception area
- answer incoming calls with a warm and cheerful tone
- greet and direct residents and visitors
- promote a comfortable and inviting environment
- perform office administration functions
- support business office and other departments as needed
- maintain composure during high stress periods
