- Minimum two years of office experience
- receptionist experience preferred
- successful completion of annual store training
- obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment

Job Duties
- Greets and assists all visitors to the Support Center
- contacts the visitor's host to serve as escort within the Support Center
- maintains log sheets including guest and temporary parking permits and distributes associate parking permits
- maintains the lobby area and front desk, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- contacts Security for assistance with disturbances or security issues
- handles multiple calls at the switchboard and redirects callers
- manages conference and training room reservations
- receives legal summons delivered to the front desk and coordinates timely pickup by the Legal Team
- performs small projects such as compiling inventory of historical documents
- carries out various administrative and clerical tasks
- trains new receptionists on job functions
