This Receptionist role based in Wilmington, NC (28412) focuses on providing excellent customer service at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for client families and visitors. Employees benefit from access to a comprehensive wellness program that includes medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage; a competitive 401(k) plan with company matching; paid time off including vacation and sick leave; educational assistance programs; and community engagement through Associate Resource Communities. Compensation is targeted between $40,000 and $100,000, with potential to earn more based on exceptional performance, underscoring the company’s recognition of the important role played by front-line staff.
