Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service and receptionist experience is preferred
  • Ability to greet visitors warmly and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to operate switchboard and handle telephone inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in message taking
  • Ability to enforce security policies
  • Flexible schedule availability Monday through Friday
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Qualifications

  • Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment

Job Duties

  • Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact
  • Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner and takes messages accurately
  • Handles on-floor conference room activities including reservations and coordinating food and beverage orders
  • Implements established security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery persons
  • Acts as a hospitality services resource providing way-finding and amenity guidance
  • Handles car service requests for visitors and staff
  • Communicates requests to internal departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
  • Performs other duties as assigned
