Job Requirements
- Previous customer service and receptionist experience is preferred
- Ability to greet visitors warmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to operate switchboard and handle telephone inquiries
- Attention to detail and accuracy in message taking
- Ability to enforce security policies
- Flexible schedule availability Monday through Friday
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a client service or reception position within a hospitality or corporate environment
- Computer skills and knowledge of office technology and equipment
Job Duties
- Properly greets and handles visitors with a smile and maintains eye contact
- Answers telephones in a friendly, professional manner and takes messages accurately
- Handles on-floor conference room activities including reservations and coordinating food and beverage orders
- Implements established security policies for visitors, contractors, and delivery persons
- Acts as a hospitality services resource providing way-finding and amenity guidance
- Handles car service requests for visitors and staff
- Communicates requests to internal departments such as building maintenance, IT, AV technology, and mail room
- Performs other duties as assigned
