This position is for a full-time Administrative Support role at Providence PACE Seattle, located on-site at 4515 Martin Luther King Way S, Seattle, WA. The role primarily involves prompt and courteous telephone coverage during normal business hours. The successful candidate will act as the welcoming presence for personnel and visitors, ensuring a pleasant and warm atmosphere. In addition, this position entails performing a variety of office, clerical, and support tasks essential to the smooth operation of the office. The wage range for this role is $21.30 to $27.98 per hour, with the final placement depending on relevant job experience and other factors. Additional compensation options may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
