  • Understanding of emergency procedures in case of fire or evacuation
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

  • Provide information to visitors and vendors as needed
  • Answer all calls properly and with courtesy
  • Direct calls appropriately and in a timely manner
  • Communicate messages to appropriate department directors and key senior leadership
  • Direct first responders appropriately and responsibly
  • Follow emergency procedures relating to the use of the Intercom System
  • Monitor sign-in and out protocols
  • Monitor entrance to ensure no resident leaves the building unaccompanied
  • Keep reception area neat and organized
  • Perform light secretarial duties as assigned
