- must have keyboard proficiency
- must complete de-escalation training within 90 days of orientation
- ability to move frequently within the office and to other facilities
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to handle high stress levels
- willingness to work Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
- ability to work extended periods without undue fatigue
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- experience in clerical or secretarial roles preferred
