Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in a clerical or secretarial role in a healthcare-related setting preferred
- Must complete de-escalation training within 90 days
- Keyboard proficiency and knowledge of office technology
- Ability to perform moderate physical activities
- Excellent communication and emotional stability
- Ability to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Ability to maintain respect and collaboration with team members
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in clerical or secretarial roles preferred
- Completed de-escalation training within 90 days of employment
- Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook and Word
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
Job Duties
- Receive and assist patients and visitors
- Answer telephone calls and route them appropriately
- Organize and schedule patient appointments
- Facilitate effective communication between patients and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate records and manage clerical tasks
- Demonstrate professional customer service and etiquette
- Support patient care processes with efficient reception duties
