The role of a Receptionist at CBRE GWS is pivotal in supporting the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical site in Cambridge, MA. This fully onsite position requires dependable, professional individuals who will act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, embodying CBRE's commitment to excellent customer service and efficient administration. The Receptionist will be responsible for a variety of front-office duties, including managing communications, greeting and directing visitors, and coordinating meeting spaces. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
- Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival
- Issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols
- Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms including setup, catering orders, and securing technological equipment
- Request building and housekeeping services as needed
- Perform general clerical duties including ordering office supplies
- Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight
- Arrange messenger services as needed
- Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations
- Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship
