Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work full-time onsite Monday through Friday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with computers and office software
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
  • Ability to follow security protocols and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented approach

Job Duties

  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail
  • Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival
  • Issue visitor passes and parking validations and follow security protocols
  • Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms including setup, catering orders, and securing technological equipment
  • Request building and housekeeping services as needed
  • Perform general clerical duties including ordering office supplies
  • Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight
  • Arrange messenger services as needed
  • Arrange hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations
  • Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship
