The current opportunity is for the position of Front Desk Receptionist within this dynamic health environment. The Front Desk Receptionist acts as the initial point of contact for patients and visitors, playing a crucial role in shaping the patient experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain efficient front office operations that support clinic flow and accessibility. Responsibilities include greeting patients, answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, patient registration, collecting payments, assisting patients with forms and referrals, and supporting back-office staff with clinical quality measures. The role also encompasses maintaining a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
This full-time hourly position offers a starting wage of $21.30 per hour, with a schedule spanning Monday through Saturday.
