Job Description
Belmont Village Senior Living is a distinguished and rapidly expanding senior living company that owns, manages, and operates luxury senior living communities across the United States and in Mexico City, Mexico. Established with a commitment to providing exceptional care and quality of life for seniors, Belmont Village Senior Living stands out in the industry for its focus on resident well-being, safety, and dignity. Each community is staffed by a diverse team of servant leaders who thrive in hands-on, fast-paced, physically active roles, ensuring a dynamic and supportive environment where seniors can thrive and age gracefully. The company’s core values — Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Dignity, Integrity, Ownership, and Learning — guide every aspect of its operations and employee conduct. Belmont Village offers extensive opportunities for career growth and internal advancement, supported by strategic development plans and ongoing education and training programs led by knowledgeable subject matter experts. This progressive approach helps attract and retain passionate team members dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
The Concierge role at Belmont Village Senior Living serves as a vital part of the community’s everyday function. This position is designed to be flexible with working hours, as the concierge is called on shift as needed, with the requirement of open availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays to fill in for last-minute call-offs and vacations. There is no set schedule, reflecting the importance of adaptability and reliability in the candidate. The Concierge acts as the initial point of contact for residents, family members, vendors, and guests, providing excellent customer service and hospitality. Beyond greeting visitors warmly, the Concierge manages incoming communication, processes inquiries with empathy and confidentiality, and supports various administrative duties that contribute to the smooth running of the community. This includes coordinating package distribution, monitoring community access, scheduling transportation and event arrangements, and assisting with emergency response in line with company policies. The ideal Concierge is highly organized, empathetic, professional, and team-oriented, with a strong initiative and critical thinking skills, ready to maintain an efficient workspace and promote a welcoming, safe environment that upholds Belmont Village’s standard of excellence. This role is critical in helping residents feel valued and cared for and requires an individual who prioritizes hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
