Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous office, administrative, receptionist, purchasing, or accounts payable experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including email and Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide general administrative and office support
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including invoice review and processing support
- Manage and coordinate the company's purchasing process
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, orders, availability, and follow-up
- Create and maintain purchase orders
- Track order status and follow up on outstanding items
- Help organize and streamline purchasing procedures across the organization
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with other office duties as needed
