- High school diploma or equivalent
- Considerable knowledge of general office procedures and processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Google Apps

- Ability to communicate clearly in oral and written form
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, parents, external agencies, vendors, and the community
Job Qualifications

- Experience in a clerical related field preferred

Job Duties
- Performs general office duties to support school or office activities including receiving telephone calls and greeting visitors
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail
- Assists staff with various clerical tasks
- Responds to requests for information
- Maintains and updates records
- Prepares documents
- Administers medication to students following policies and procedures
- Maintains organized health room and orders health supplies
- Provides first aid treatment to students as needed
- Notifies employees of visitors, mail, or materials
- Assists administrators with typing and word processing
- Maintains routine office files and student records
- Supervises and responds to student needs
- Contacts parents and guardians as necessary
- Performs other related duties as assigned
