Job Requirements

  • Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
  • Friendly and outgoing disposition
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing duties and pace
  • Able to represent the company with respect and pride
  • Willingness to engage in continuous training
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • Experience with business software such as email clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for businesses
  • Moderate understanding of utilizing multiple browsers and systems
  • Ability to type at 45+ WPM
  • Polished, professional, and positive phone and email communication skills
  • Experience in an environment of moderate pressure, capable of making conscientious decisions
  • Prior experience at a dealership or within the automotive retail or service industry is a plus
  • Fluency in English required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Prior relevant hands-on experience with CRM software, sales, or phone systems is a bonus

Job Duties

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls for sales and service overflow calls
  • Handle and de-escalate guests concerns
  • Help customers with any questions or concerns they have
  • Interact with customers to guide them to the right person or department
  • Provide basic information when needed
  • Make and serve beverages and snacks at the complimentary coffee bar
  • Greet customers with a smile
  • Continuously train to develop product knowledge
  • Reach out to customers about their registration stickers to be picked up or mailed out
  • Assign key fobs and print stickers
  • Organize book room as needed
  • Work with the titles department regarding new plates
  • Multitask and be a team player
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
