Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or a GED equivalent
  • ability to type
  • knowledge of general office duties
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be CPR, crisis prevention institute (CPI), and first aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • successful completion of post-offer physical examination
  • 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis
  • acceptable criminal background clearances
  • excluded party sanctions clearance
  • degree or license verification if applicable
  • valid driver’s license with motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance if position requires driving
  • compliance with additional regulatory, contractual, or local requirements as applicable

Job Qualifications

  • certification or willingness to obtain CPR, crisis prevention institute, and first aid certification within 60 days of employment
  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Job Duties

  • operate the main phone console
  • greet all callers and incoming visitors
  • perform routine administrative duties
  • assist personnel as assigned
  • maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
