They proudly embrace and employ individuals from a wide range of backgrounds including mental health peers, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, veterans, and people of all belief systems. The organization emphasizes a holistic approach towards mental health care and is dedicated to creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and long-term recovery for its clients.
The role of the Receptionist at Telecare is crucial as the central communication hub for the Program. This position involves managing the main phone console, greeting all incoming callers and visitors, and performing routine administrative and personnel duties as assigned. The Receptionist ensures the smooth flow of communication within the Program and between clients, staff, and visitors, which helps maintain an organized and welcoming environment essential for effective service delivery. This position is full-time with schedules during the weekdays, specifically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a consistent work routine. The starting wage for this role is set at $21.00 per hour, with adjustments based on geographic differentials and the candidate's relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Working as a Receptionist at Telecare means joining a team that truly makes a difference in the lives of individuals in behavioral health care by supporting the operational backbone of the Program and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Telecare invests in its employees through ongoing training and certifications, including mandatory CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certifications to be obtained upon employment or within 60 days thereafter, reflecting the organization’s commitment to safety and preparedness in a behavioral health environment.
