This temporary position is a three-month administrative support role within a ministry setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three to five years of administrative and clerical experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties

  • Provides office support by implementing administrative systems, and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects
  • Coordinates, schedules, prepares and records minutes for ministry meetings
  • Maintains electronic calendars
  • Prepares letters, memos, presentations and other documents
  • Establishes and maintains document filing system, ensuring complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with ministry guidelines
  • Organizes travel and business arrangements
  • Maintains office equipment and inventory supply levels
  • Attends to visitors and address inquiries on the phone and face to face
  • Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
  • Other duties as assigned
