Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of administrative and clerical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Provides office support by implementing administrative systems, and procedures, and monitoring administrative projects
- Coordinates, schedules, prepares and records minutes for ministry meetings
- Maintains electronic calendars
- Prepares letters, memos, presentations and other documents
- Establishes and maintains document filing system, ensuring complete accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with ministry guidelines
- Organizes travel and business arrangements
- Maintains office equipment and inventory supply levels
- Attends to visitors and address inquiries on the phone and face to face
- Receives and sorts mail and deliveries
- Other duties as assigned
