The law firm in Miami is seeking a polished, high-energy Receptionist to join their team as the "Director of First Impressions." This prestigious legal environment places great emphasis on elite hospitality, administrative precision, and security mindfulness. The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for law partners, paralegals, and high-profile clients, facilitating smooth operations in the lobby and conference center areas. This role is designed for a professional who can uphold a strict business attire dress code while providing exceptional service and attention to detail.

This first-shift position runs from 8 AM to 5 PM, offering an hourly salary range of $20 to $21. Technical proficiency is also required, especially in using the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, as well as video conferencing equipment and other office technologies.

Physical capability is an important aspect of this position; the Receptionist must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds. Organizational skills are critical in managing multiple simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced legal setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. As a cultural ambassador, the Receptionist is expected to assimilate seamlessly into the firm's environment, building professional relationships with attorneys, support staff, and visitors. The role also has a security function, demanding adherence to strict visitor protocols to maintain office safety.

Additional perks include guaranteed parking (subject to change) and a full range of comprehensive benefits, such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a 401K plan, contingent upon eligibility. Randstad's dedication to matching great people with great companies ensures that candidates will receive ongoing support and opportunities for professional development throughout their tenure.
