Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales or business development experience in flavor industry
  • Proven sales growth and business generation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Skilled in customer relationship building
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales software
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong passion for flavors and related products

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years proven sales or business development experience preferably in flavor or related food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and generate new business
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Passion for flavors, food, and beverages

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the southeast territory
  • Identify and target potential new customers and convert them into long-term clients
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with R and D and Marketing teams on new product developments
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
