Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales or business development experience in flavor industry
- Proven sales growth and business generation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of customer needs and market dynamics
- Skilled in customer relationship building
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM and sales software
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Strong passion for flavors and related products
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales or business development experience preferably in flavor or related food and beverage industry
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and generate new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Self-motivated and results-driven with ability to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel as required
- Passion for flavors, food, and beverages
Job Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the southeast territory
- Identify and target potential new customers and convert them into long-term clients
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Provide product presentations and demonstrations
- Collaborate with R and D and Marketing teams on new product developments
- Participate in industry trade shows and conferences
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition
