Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or high school student with working permit
- Less than 2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, human resources, computer and data entry, telecommunications, health care, receptionist, call center, administrative, or clerical roles
- Ability to communicate effectively and assist visitors and staff
- Ability to perform clerical duties
- Availability to work weekend day shifts from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. every other weekend
- Commitment to comply with workplace immunization requirements and drug-free policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent or high school student with working permit
- Skills typically gained through less than 2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, human resources, computer and data entry, telecommunications, health care, receptionist, call center, administrative, or clerical roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform clerical duties with attention to detail
- Comfort working in a visible and dynamic healthcare environment
Job Duties
- Greets visitors, staff, and patients and directs them to appropriate resources
- Answers telephone calls and provides or relays information with care and respect
- Performs general clerical duties to support administrative functions
- Completes special projects as assigned with specific direction
- Ensures accurate and timely documentation of activities within areas of responsibility
