Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
  • proficiency with office software including G Suite and Microsoft Office
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work onsite full time in Scottsdale, AZ

Job Qualifications

  • familiarity with G Suite and Google Calendar management
  • strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
  • skill in oral and written communications
  • ability to plan, coordinate, analyze, and establish priorities
  • ability to develop effective operating procedures
  • clear and effective communication with customers, colleagues, and senior management in person, via email, and over the phone

Job Duties

  • greet customers
  • keep track of all office supplies
  • handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • liaise with property management
  • coordinate with HR and facilities managers to monitor office space usage
  • prepare monthly reports
  • ensure reception area and meeting rooms are clean and presentable
