Job Duties
- Restock inventory and order general kitchen and break room supplies
- collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- log in all visitors and parking validation requests
- log in all courier deliveries and handle distribution
- maintain cleanliness of conference rooms and main kitchen
- assist with setup and clean-up for client meetings
- manage work order requests to building management
- schedule and coordinate all conference rooms via MS Outlook
- arrange catering services through approved vendors
- monitor conference center usage and resolve minor issues
- provide phone coverage backup to executive staff and assistants
- communicate with office manager regarding cleanliness and phone communications
- serve as liaison for all office communication
- complete special projects and assignments timely
- identify and escalate operational risks and control deficiencies
