The receptionist/concierge will be responsible for greeting customers as they arrive, managing appointment bookings, answering phone calls, and assisting throughout the duration of our clients’ visits. Familiarity with scheduling software and basic computer skills are essential to manage bookings and handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
