Located in Phoenix, AZ, we are currently seeking a Temporary On-Call Receptionist to support our front desk operations. This role is vital to ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional first-contact customer service, and managing the flow of visitors and communications within the facility. As a temporary position, it offers the flexibility of on-call scheduling with the possibility of ongoing assignments, making it ideal for individuals seeking flexible work hours with competitive pay and a dynamic work environment. The pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.

This Temporary On-Call Receptionist position is designed for an organized and personable individual who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced setting. The candidate will be required to participate in training before joining the team and should have availability to work both first and second shifts as necessary, including weekday evenings and weekend shifts. A typical weekday shift is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm, while weekend shifts can be either 9:00 am to 4:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. This flexibility helps us ensure that our front desk remains staffed during crucial operating hours.

As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, the Receptionist plays a critical role in representing the company’s values and professionalism. This includes greeting all visitors warmly, buzzing in authorized individuals, monitoring security cameras, and assisting with deliveries and mail management. Addressing facility concerns promptly, such as reporting any maintenance issues, ensures the safety and comfort of everyone on the premises. Additionally, the receptionist will answer questions and provide information for parents or family members, highlighting the customer service emphasis of this role.

Candidates must present a professional appearance conforming to specific guidelines, including maintaining natural hair color only, no visible tattoos, no ear gauges, and no nose piercings. This ensures that every team member upholds the company’s standards of professionalism and creates a consistent, welcoming atmosphere.
