Job Requirements
- Ability to follow office procedures and security protocols

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
- Experience supporting a government or professional office environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Reliability and punctuality
Job Duties
- Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate personnel or offices
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges or passes in accordance with security protocols
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Receive, record, and distribute messages, mail, and deliveries
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office services and procedures
- Maintain records of calls placed and received
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support administrative staff and assist with routine office operations as needed
