Job Requirements

  • Ability to follow office procedures and security protocols

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience
  • Experience supporting a government or professional office environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment (copiers, scanners, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of interactions
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to appropriate personnel or offices
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges or passes in accordance with security protocols
  • Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Receive, record, and distribute messages, mail, and deliveries
  • Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office services and procedures
  • Maintain records of calls placed and received
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support administrative staff and assist with routine office operations as needed
