Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one to two years experience in customer service, hospitality, or event organization
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to work with professionalism and integrity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one to two years experience in customer service, hospitality, or event organization
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with professionalism and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Law firm experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper people
  • Provide office support via clerical activities
  • Manage and distribute mail delivery within the office
  • Coordinate meetings collaboratively with our Audio/Visual team
  • Copy, scan and organize files
  • Perform general hospitality services including lunch setup and clean up for meetings, caterer coordination and meeting room management
  • Create and maintain a welcoming comfortable tidy environment for our guests, clients, and staff
