Job Duties

  • greet and welcome visitors both in person and on the phone
  • answer and direct calls efficiently and politely
  • perform clerical tasks including filing and organizing documents
  • assist with human resources tasks such as work compensation background checks and i9 audits and verifications
  • maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • manage appointment scheduling and coordination
  • support office operations by providing administrative assistance as needed
