We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our home office team on a full-time basis. This position is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, located at our Oklahoma City headquarters. The receptionist will be an essential part of our daily operations, serving as the welcoming face and voice of the company for employees, vendors, and visitors. This role requires someone who is organized, courteous, and capable of multitasking between customer-facing duties and administrative duties including HR-related tasks such as Worker's Compensation background checks, I9 audits and verifications, and file organization. The hourly rate is competitive and will be determined according to the experience brought by the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a professional appearance with business attire, and a warm, friendly demeanor that creates a welcoming environment for everyone. Punctuality and reliability are crucial as you will be responsible for creating the first impression of our company, both in person at the reception desk and over the phone. Familiarity with technology, especially Microsoft Office and internal HRIS systems, is necessary to manage records and workflow efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
