Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more experience working in a healthcare setting preferred but candidates with strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers will be considered
  • must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving patient experiences and care
  • excellent customer service and phone etiquette
  • team player with a positive attitude
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and highly organized
  • knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year or more experience in a healthcare setting preferred but candidates with strong customer service background in retail, hospitality, or call centers will be considered

Job Duties

  • Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
  • accommodate visitors by greeting them and determining the nature of their visit
  • operate a switchboard or multi-line phone system
  • maintain long distance call logs
  • take and distribute accurate messages
  • issue visitor passes and maintain visitor logs
  • alert appropriate party of visitor arrival or direct visitors to appropriate office or department
  • respond to routine inquiries regarding organization information such as location, hours, phone numbers, and email
  • book meeting rooms
  • type, organize, and distribute mail
  • receive and send courier packages
