Job Requirements

- experience performing the essential functions of the position desirable
- coursework in keyboarding and office equipment desirable

Job Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests
- determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
- screen all individuals entering the facility and use good judgment in granting entrance
- interact with residents or residents’ representatives and direct them appropriately
- investigate complaints and direct them to the correct department or individual
- receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and route them appropriately
- answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff, take messages, and schedule appointments
- perform administrative and clerical duties including basic filing and recordkeeping
- maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to positively represent the facility
- perform other duties as assigned
