Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • experience performing the essential functions of the position desirable
  • coursework in keyboarding and office equipment desirable
  • none for certification or license
  • ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 35 pounds and remaining stationary for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests
  • determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location
  • screen all individuals entering the facility and use good judgment in granting entrance
  • interact with residents or residents’ representatives and direct them appropriately
  • investigate complaints and direct them to the correct department or individual
  • receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and route them appropriately
  • answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff, take messages, and schedule appointments
  • perform administrative and clerical duties including basic filing and recordkeeping
  • maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to positively represent the facility
  • perform other duties as assigned
