Job Description

The role is designed to serve as the key communication hub for the organization. It involves answering and responding to incoming telephone calls, providing routine information about the organization, and greeting visitors and applicants for employment. The incumbent will also be responsible for managing incoming mail and courier deliveries, ensuring smooth logistical operations. Additionally, this position provides clerical support across various departments, contributing to overall organizational efficiency. Maintaining accurate documentation related to Needs Assessment and Referral calls is a critical part of the role, underscoring the position's integral part in supporting broader organizational functions. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- basic arithmetic skills
- excellent telephone etiquette and tact
- ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse backgrounds
- ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods of time without significant discomfort or distress
- availability to work variable schedule including Saturdays and evenings

- high school level reading and writing skill
- basic arithmetic skills

- pleasant and audible speech with good enunciation

Job Duties
