With a compassionate and skilled multidisciplinary team, including therapists, nurses, and physicians, Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital offers personalized therapy plans that encompass physical, occupational, and speech therapy tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient. Our state-of-the-art facility, equipped with innovative therapy technologies, provides an environment conducive to healing and regaining independence. We are Joint Commission-accredited and recognized as one of the top rehabilitation centers nationally, a testament to our unwavering commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Situated in the vibrant community of Green Bay, known widely for its passionate Packers spirit, the area offers much more than football. Residents enjoy picturesque riverfront living, extensive outdoor trails, and a strong, supportive community characterized by low crime rates, excellent schools, and affordable housing options, making it an ideal place for families and professionals alike.
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our dedicated team of patient caregivers. This role is essential as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, facilitating smooth communication through one of our hospital's busiest hubs. The position involves a rotating schedule with four 10-hour shifts per week, including weekend rotations, primarily from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. As part of Ernest Health, we provide an encouraging work environment enhanced by robust recognition, wellness, and retention initiatives focused on employee satisfaction and continuous improvement. Our programs, including "My Ernest Journey" and quarterly engagement surveys, foster an open feedback culture, inviting employees to share their experiences and contribute to making our hospital an exceptional workplace.
The Receptionist's role is vital in maintaining effective telecommunication services within the hospital, including managing telephone calls, paging systems, and coordination with various departments to ensure clear and timely communication among patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff. This position requires a professional who can handle sensitive information confidentially while demonstrating excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the hospital's guiding principles by promoting a welcoming and efficient front desk operation that supports our mission to empower patients towards achieving their highest level of independence.
Joining Green Bay Rehabilitation Hospital means becoming part of an institution that prioritizes the health and well-being of both its patients and employees. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your physical, financial, and professional well-being including multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, 401K with employer matching, life insurance, and disability plans. We also emphasize wellness and work-life balance through programs like the Employee Assistance Program, wellness challenges, and the opportunity to accrue earned time off starting on your first day. If you are a compassionate, organized professional seeking to make an impactful contribution within a supportive and technologically advanced rehabilitation hospital, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Receptionist position.
