- 2-3 years related experience and/or training
- Intermediate experience using a computer
- Intermediate experience using software programs, including Microsoft and Google
- Ability to speak effectively to customers or employees of the organization

Job Duties
- Answer and distribute all incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel
- Greet all visitors and guests and direct to appropriate personnel
- Handle the organization and distribution of company mail
- Maintain housekeeping of lobby and conference rooms
- Process all incoming and outgoing office shipments (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Maintain office Google calendars and coordinate meeting room bookings
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as requested
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies to keep the front desk and common areas organized and fully stocked
- Any and all other duties assigned by management
