- Minimum one year of related experience preferred

- Ability to operate switchboard and paging system
- Basic knowledge of clerical duties

Job Duties
- Operate switchboard and answer calls professionally
- Transfer calls and take messages accurately
- Greet and direct visitors promptly and courteously
- Register visitors in the facility visitor log
- Provide assistance to patients and employees including issuance of meal tickets and postage
- Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail timely
- Document and receive deliveries accurately
- Maintain petty cash fund and perform cash receipt batch write-up with G/L coding
- Accept payments on patient accounts and provide receipts
- Notify facility staff of visitor arrivals
- Monitor guest logbook and issue visitor badges when required
- Perform data entry tasks as assigned
- Provide clerical support to other departments as needed
