The hospital is currently seeking a full-time Receptionist to join a team of passionate patient caregivers. This role is vital to maintaining smooth communication across the hospital’s departments and serves as the welcoming face for patients, visitors, and staff. The position offers a stable schedule with specified working hours: Sunday 8 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 10 AM to 8 PM, and Friday 10 AM to 8 PM. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain quality and safety standards
- Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality
- Ability to work closely and professionally with others
Job Qualifications

- Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Duties
- Provide hospital telecommunication services through telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer to connect communication between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families
- Maintain records related to telecommunications such as long distance phone calls, on-call employees, and pages
- Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice
- Greet and assist patients and visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate departments
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate logs
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry and record management
