  • Answering the main doors and hospital multi-line phone
  • Verifying patient insurances accurately
  • Obtaining signatures on admitting paperwork
  • Processing all admitting forms
  • Coordinating with the Intake Department
  • Liaising with nursing units
  • Providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors
